The 24-year-old left-back will join Napoli on a contract until June 30, 2030, with a salary of €2.3 million per year.
The transfer fee is set at €20 million, with Real Madrid receiving €10 million as they retain half of Gutierrez's rights.
Real Madrid had a buy-back option, but has chosen not to exercise it, allowing Gutierrez to move to Napoli in Italy.
