Sinisterra played 37 matches for Bournemouth after joining the club from Leeds United in September 2023. Although his time at Bournemouth was marked by injuries that limited his playing time, he has shown impressive skills in one-on-one situations and has excellent dribbling and finishing abilities.

Bournemouth has released a statement wishing Sinisterra the best as he starts his new journey at Cruzeiro. Cruzeiro is currently ranked third in the Brazilian top flight, and they are in the middle of their domestic campaign.

Sinisterra has made 36 appearances for Bournemouth since joining the club in 2023. One of his most memorable moments came in August 2024 when he scored the winning goal in a thrilling 3-2 victory over Everton at Goodison Park.
