Eto'o is the son of former professional footballers Samuel Eto'o, who played for top clubs like Barcelona and Inter Milan.

The 20-year-old player developed his skills in Mallorca's youth teams and later played for Atlético Baleares and Real Oviedo.

Last season, Eto'o had a successful stint with Rayo Vallecano B, scoring 30 league goals and earning a spot in the Madrid first team. He also scored in the Copa del Rey against Villamuriel.

Eto'o recently represented Cameroon in the U20 African Cup of Nations.
