According to reports, Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola is no longer interested in keeping McAtee, who has struggled to get playing time in the team. Guardiola has signed Tijjani Reijnders and welcomed back Rodri, which may have reduced the need for McAtee.
Several clubs are showing interest in McAtee, including German teams Eintracht Frankfurt and RB Leipzig, as well as Serie A outfit Atalanta. Inside the Premier League, Everton is also said to be interested in the young midfielder, who has admirers in manager David Moyes.
McAtee has started in just nine games for Manchester City last season, but has shown his skills with seven goals in 27 appearances. Guardiola has praised McAtee in the past, admitting that he rates him highly.
Clubs interested in McAtee include Bundesliga and Serie A teams, and he is expected to be sold for a fee around £20-25 million this summer.
