After the match, Manchester City winger Jeremy Doku expressed his disappointment with his Belgium teammates.

"We've already dropped too many points because we weren't good enough in a large number of matches," Doku said.

"Our campaign hasn't gone well. Everyone needs to do better. The coach, me, everyone. We all need to step up our game."

Doku also reflected on the team's performance, stating that Kazakhstan's tactics caught them off guard.

"We thought they would play long, but they played short and started playing football. It was a completely different match than last time. Maybe we didn't analyze our opponent enough."
