Mourinho mentioned West Ham United player Emerson Palmieri, who is the only player to have won the Champions League, Europa League, and Conference League with different teams. Speaking to Sky Sports, Mourinho discussed Chelsea's motivation to win the Conference League to secure a spot in the Champions League.

"What it means to Emerson is something he can only explain himself," Mourinho said. "For me, it's personal, as I have a unique achievement. I think Chelsea wants to win Champions Leagues, not Conference Leagues, but it's still a significant trophy."

However, Mourinho cautioned that Real Betis is a strong team with a good coach and a strong mentality. They have had a remarkable season under manager Manuel Pellegrini, and Mourinho believes they can give Chelsea a tough challenge.

"Don't underestimate Real Betis," Mourinho said. "They have a team, an experienced coach, and a great mentality. I think it will be a great final."
